Message of greetings to Mr. Arthur Chung, President of The Republic of Guyana on February 23, 1973

The Government and the people of Pakistan join me in extending to Your Excellency, the Government and the friendly people of Guyana our sincere felicitations and best wishes on the National Day of Guyana.
