The Government and the people of Pakistan join me in extending to Your Highness, the Government and the brotherly people of Kuwait our warmest greetings and heartiest felicitations on the auspicious occasion of the National festival of Kuwait. I am confident that the brotherly relations and mutual cooperating which so happily exist between our two countries shall be strengthened further in the years ahead.
